Thai stocks opened up 0.29% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,713.80 points, up 4.96 points from Thursday's close. The trade value was 3.46 billion baht with 442 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,089.56 points, up 3.31 points or 0.30%, with a total trade value of 1.82 billion baht. The MAI index opened up 1.44 points or 0.25% to stand at 576.76 points with total transaction value of 126 million baht.
